You may be required to provide certain forms to enroll your child into a DOE public school program. Please review the registration checklist (also available in other languages) to learn about the documents you need to provide to register your child. Dress Code/Uniform Policy

At P.S. 6, we believe that a unified dress code fosters a sense of community, equality, and pride in our school. In line with Chancellor’s Regulation A-655, our school has been designated as a uniform school. Wearing the uniform helps create a positive and focused learning environment for all students.
